Islandia has at least 12-15 projects going on at the same time. From Long Island’s second 3D Printed Long Island Home to the Computer Associates building, Jake’s 58 expansion and several different homes & condo complexes.
Things are ripe for development all over. Prices remain high, property owners have waited many years if not decades to build and it seems like they see it as now is the right time.
Not shown in this post Computer Associates building, currently inactive with construction. We understand it to be medium duty warehousing. Like the development or not, it seems that all municipalities want development to create jobs, opportunities and of course increased tax revenue.
